Hello, my name is Simona Kersyte and I have been working as a translator/ interpreter since 2006. I started out interpreting at courts and social services in the UK and have since  worked with various clients and agencies from around the world. I have expanded my focus from legal to other areas of interest. Currently I concentrate almost exclusively on translation and  work in four main areas:

Legal. Past projects included court transcripts, contracts and agreements, immigration documents, witness statements, court orders, wills, trusts, depositions, patents, litigation documents, articles of incorporation, and property label, personal documents, reports, divorce documents, real estate contracts, and more.

Psychology. Past projects include articles, tests, assessments, reports and more.

Travel and tourism. Past projects include travel guides, websites, reviews, product descriptions, hotel and B&B websites, fine dining menus, wine tasting and local cuisine brochures, tour brochures, regional information, internal documents and more.

Academic. Past projects include essays, academic papers, thesis, cultural research, presentations, speeches and more.

I only work  on the topics that are of genuine interest to me. This hits two birds with one stone: I enjoy researching the topics and love what I do, and in turn, am able to provide quality services to my clients.

Samples of my work and my CV is available upon request.
